The rooftop pool area was an oasis, relaxing there with the fine views and sipping cocktails felt like paradise. The staff were accommodating, letting us check out late since our flight was later in the day, it helped us unwind just a little bit more.

The hotel had a convenient location close to restaurants and shops. The provided golf cart transportation to the beach was a nice perk, making our trips much easier. Our Deluxe Queen Room was spacious, and the balcony offered a great outdoor space to relax. Additionally, the staff, particularly the porters, were attentive and extremely helpful during our stay.

I was super excited to stay here and loved the gorgeous decor and comfy Deluxe King Room with Balcony. The pool area was a perfect spot for unwinding, and the sun terrace was so relaxing. The only thing slightly off was that the pool could've been cleaner after hours. 🌅

The staff provided excellent service, particularly Will at the pool, who ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience. The proximity to various restaurants and shops made it easy to explore the vibrant local scene during my stay.

My stay at The Ray was good. I adored the rooftop pool's fine views and the vibrant atmosphere throughout. The noise from nearby events was a minor inconvenience. The experience celebrated the artful design beautifully.

The rooftop vibe really captured my attention. Amazing atmosphere up there, truly a standout feature. The gym was impressive too, clean and well-equipped. Location couldn't be better, right near the action. However, checking in was quite a hassle. They almost charged me an outrageous $35k for four nights! Thankfully, they sorted that out, but the stress was unnecessary after a long flight. The coffee shop closing at 3 pm threw me off. I missed out on afternoon coffee! There was only one elevator working, leading to long waits. My room didn't get cleaned until almost 4 pm, which was inconvenient since my husband was working remotely. Also, the Wi-Fi connection? Terrible. I had to stand in one corner of the room just to make a call. All in all, some great aspects but definitely some areas for improvement.
